This bachelor thesis focuses on the evaluation of the financial situation of a selected corporation in the period from 2015 to 2019. It specifies which methods of financial analysis are used to evaluate. It also contains an analysis of the current state of the company, its financial health and suggestions for improving the situation for further development, which is very important for the company. This is the company BAGRUJEME CZ s.r.o., which performs excavation and earthworks in Prostějov and its surroundings.

This diploma thesis deals with evaluation of the financial situation of selected company between years 2012 - 2016. The theoretical part of this thesis deals with basic principles of financial and strategic analysis which create basis for elaboration of the practical part. The practical part analyzes the current state of the company using classic and modern methods of financial analysis. Based on findings in the practical part is evaluated overall financial situation of the company and recommendations are suggested to improve the current situation of the company.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of the financial situation of the company Vápenka Vitoul s.r.o. in years 2015-2019, by using of methods of financial analysis. The first part of this thesis describes theoretical basis of financial analysis. In the second part, there is introduced the chosen company and there is also realized financial analysis itself, with its evaluation. The last part of this thesis contains suggestions for improving of financial situation of the chosen company.

The bachelor’s thesis is focused on evaluation of selected company’s (Ireks Enzyma, s.r.o.) financial situation during five years - between 2016 and 2020. This thesis is compartmented into three sections: the first one represents theoretical knowledge (such as explanation of the financial analysis indicators) which is then practically used in the next part of the thesis – this (second) part utilises financial statements of the company and indicators calculated from it. In the last, third, part of the bachelor’s thesis, an analysis of both internal and external surroundings of the company is performed - using SWOT, PESTEL and Porter analysis. Last but not least, the thesis is accomplished by a comprehensive financial analysis evaluation of the company Ireks Enzyma, s.r.o., provided with some suggestions of detected deficiencies improvement.

The bachelor thesis deals with evaluation of financial situation of KLEIN automotive s.r.o. company during the years 2015 – 2019. It consists of two parts – theoretical and practical one. The first part describes chosen methods of financial analysis. The second part briefly characterizes a chosen company and then the financial analysis is performed. In conclusion, the outcomes are summarized and based on those, own suggestions leading to improvement of financial situation of the company are provided.

The bachelor’s thesis focused on the evaluation of the financial situation of the company ZOOT a.s. in the years 2013 to 2017. The first part of the thesis is focusing on the theoretical part where information source and individual indicators are described. The next part consists of brief characteristics of the company. In the practical part, the indicators are evaluated and used for financial analysis calculations. The last part present proposals for improving the financial situation of the company.
